1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to all orders placed with Oracus Impex, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (GSTIN: 24BIPCG4513J1ZF). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Products & specifications
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Minor variations in colour, size (± standard manufacturing tolerance), thickness or print shade may occur and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustration.
3. Prices & taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable GST is shown at checkout and on your invoice. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply. For bulk and custom orders, the price in our written quotation applies.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, incomplete information or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be refunded in full. Minimum order quantities may apply to some products.
5. Payment
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through our secure payment partner Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where available. For custom-printed or bulk orders we may require an advance payment before production starts, as stated in the quotation.
6. Custom & printed orders
For custom sizes or printing, you are responsible for providing correct artwork, text, logos and specifications, and for confirming that you have the right to use them. Production starts after you approve the design/sample. Custom-printed and custom-size products are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery timelines and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Oracus Impex or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Our products must be used for their intended purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions).
10. Governing law & contact
