1. Eligible returns
We accept returns or replacements for standard (non-custom) products if the item you received is damaged in transit, defective or different from what you ordered. Please raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same quantity as delivered.
2. Non-returnable items
- Custom-printed bags and custom-size or made-to-order products (unless they are defective or do not match the approved design/specification).
- Products that have been used, opened from sealed bundles beyond inspection, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without prior approval from us.
3. How to request a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos (and an unboxing video, if available). For damage in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your request and reply with the next steps, usually within 2 business days.
4. Replacements & refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, as agreed with you. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details you share with us.
5. Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we will arrange the pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For other approved returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
6. Order cancellation
Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per this policy. Custom-printed and custom-size orders cannot be cancelled once the design is approved and production has started.
